When the kimono trend became popular I was excited to try it. The way a kimono flows, the colors, the print, the fabric – all my favorite components of a must have vacation look. So when I was packing for my trip to Paris this summer, I knew that I needed one!
I found the perfect multi-colored geo print kimono at Forever 21. For anyone that has been sleeping on Forever 21 – especially as a #thickums girl, I say go back and give it a second look! I paired the kimono with my favorite Primark pants and printed tee. I kept the pants and tee white so that the bold print was the star. To complete my look I wore my yellow Primark slingback flats. These flats are comfortable and also added a pop of color to the overall look.
The look was also appropriate as we were visiting Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris et son trésor. It was a sacred location and I wanted to dress appropriately. Being around such a historical site was amazing! The architectural details along with the history made this stop very memorable for me.
