How do I style skirts for work? This has been the most asked question in this 30 skirts in 30 days series. I styled a work wear look here, a client meeting look here, a company holiday party look here and also an interview look here. Today I’m styling a casual workday look. I work in Tech and we don’t really have a work ‘uniform’ so most days are casual workdays for us. However, I know that there are some workplaces that have casual Fridays and some flex days when workwear isn’t as stringent. So how do you style a casual workday look?

I decided to throw on my happiest skirt – this watermelon skirt from Chicwish. Nothing like a fun skirt to get spirits high at the office. The skirt becomes a conversation piece when worn at the office. I love all the comments I hear – you’re one in a melon Binja! Yes, super cheesy but it makes me so happy! I paired this skirt with a printed tee and some heels. Yes folks, I do wear heels to work … I’m extra like that! I threw on my sunnies, some gold earrings and this fun purse!
