Day 16
It’s the end of the year and #graduationseason for some of y’all! Congratulations and welcome to #adulting101. Lesson 1: dress for the job … the one you want, not the one you have. An important lesson but I digress – let’s focus on celebrating this transition, which begs for an outfit that reflects the mood: celebration!

I went for a clean look with a pop of color. There is something about streamlining a look that adds a touch of elegance to it. Keep the look simple: a blue and white floral skirt with a white blouse and duster. To maintain the vibrancy, I added a pop of color by throwing on a pair of blue heels as well as carrying one of my favorite beaded clutches from Kenya. As always, a look is never complete without a red lip and some sunnies. There, you’re ready for graduation!
