The Pivot Club: My New Favorite Jewelry Subscription Service

Allow me to introduce you to Marqui, owner of The Pivot Club  A black owned jewelry subscription business. Marqui launched the most amazing business for every woman who has had that one dreaded thought: I have the perfect outfit but I have nothing to accessorize the look! This has been a huge frustration for me, especially when I have to attend conferences or make presentations. I always have the right outfit but I struggle with the accessories – enter The Pivot Club

Here’s how the subscription service works:

  1. Marqui and her team will send you a quiz that enables them to pinpoint your accessory aesthetic! Guys, the quiz literally takes less than 5 minutes to complete.
  2. Once you complete the quiz, her team evaluates your responses and puts together your first jewelry box.
  3. When you receive the jewelry box, you get to try on each piece and see if her team nailed your style! They completely nailed mine!
  4. Then you decided which pieces you get to keep. I kept ’em all y’all!
  5. If there are pieces that you don’t love, you return them within 7 days of receiving the package using the prepaid black mailer included. You can drop the mailer off in your mailbox, at a post office, into any USPS blue mailbox or you can schedule a USPS pickup at your home (https://tools.usps.com/schedule-pickup-steps.htm).
  6. The Pivot Club charges the card on file for the pieces that you decide to keep!
  7. Enjoy your new jewelry!

The Pivot Club is offering a free 3-month trial with 15% off of the first order when you use code: BINJA15.

A little bit about the jewelry that I have on:

  1. The Classy Lady Bracelet by designer Karine Sultan. Super chic! It’s made of pearls and pewter with 24KT gold plating. It’s perfect for work or nights out. Her jewelry is nickel and lead free!
  2. The Intersect Earrings have such a cool shape and are great for casual outings. They are made of brass. These were made by the team at Bawa Hope.
  3. The Ariel Ring. I love the modern design, and it’s adjustable to fit any finger. The ring was made by designer Karine Sultan.
  4. The Wrap Choker. It’s a unique look that looks great with V-neck tops and dresses. It’s the perfect accessory for your Zoom calls. 😀 It’s also made of brass. The choker was made by the team at Bawa Hope.

Meet some of the designers that The Pivot Club is collaborating with to bring you these personally curated jewelry boxes:

  1. Karine is from Paris and now based in LA. Her jewelry is hypoallergenic (nickel and lead free). She creates one of a kind luxurious statement pieces.
  2. Bawa Hope is a company based in Kenya that produces sustainable, nickel and lead free jewelry and provides fair wages and a safe working environment to gifted artisans from low-income areas around Nairobi. Bawa is also WFTO-fair trade certified.

I can’t wait to see how you style the pieces you get from The Pivot Club! Oh – make sure you follow them on Instagram here
