My friend Ananita and her husband mentioned taking a trip to Brooklyn one Saturday when I was visiting them in New York. Ananita mentioned seeing this location online being hailed as a ‘must see’ spot in Brooklyn. Being Manhattanites themselves, and me being the out-of-towner, our trip to Brooklyn felt like an adventure! And boy was it worth the trip! We got off the subway and were immediately greeted by artwork everywhere we looked.
Ever heard of The Bushwick Collective? It’s a collective of some of the best street artists in the world. These artists showcase their work on walls and doors by using hand painting or spraying techniques. I’m no art connoisseur, so instead of me going on and on about each piece, I want you to just enjoy the art!
