Child it’s finally HOT in Boston and this girl has absolutely NO behavior! I am so excited that I finally get to wear cute dresses without thinking about 1000 layers! Also thankful that its stiletto season again and I can strut down the streets in Boston without fear of black ice and twisting an ankle!
So here we are and so is summer and I’ve picked my summer color: yellow. Although I have been wearing it this year already, yellow just looks amazing on the skin right?! I love how it easily can look good on a jumpsuit as styled in this post or here in this dress.
Yellow is warm, inviting and looks so good on many skin tones. Additionally, I really don’t own many black pieces in my closet so the LBD in the summer is probably going to be a no-show here at Africancocktatil but you can be sure to find me rocking a LYD this summer and basking somewhere under the glorious sun (after applying sunscreen of course!)
