The Living Room
I love DW Home candles – let’s just get that out of the way! If you are looking for a scent that is sure to last hours and keep your home smelling delectable then … that’s where you should start!
I am one of those people that believes that every room should carry its own scent. Why? Because each room has a specific function and I prefer a different scent to represent each space.
In the living room for instance, I prefer a more relaxing and welcoming scent. You know, something that isn’t overpowering or intimidating. So I go for the Eucalyptus Sage scent.
THE Bedroom
As for my bedroom, I love a clean scent. A scent that doesn’t overpower a room. I prefer scents with floral undertones that give the feeling of calm and a little whimsy. This Apple Honey Butter Scent is just that! With a burn time of approximately 56 hours, this candle is one of my ultimate favorites in my bedroom!
The Office
The office is a sacred space in my home. It is where I am both at my most creative as well as at my most focused. I have to have a scent that incites focus and isn’t overly fuss, which is why the Olive Wood and Fig scent is my go-to!
The Kitchen
Yes folks, I do have a candle in my kitchen that I burn before and after meals. I love cooking with tons of spices and as much as I love how they make my food smell and taste, I do not love the lingering smell once the meal is complete. I burn my fave kitchen scent the Caramel Apple and y’all – it’s absolutely Devine. After a couple of minutes burning, this candle’s scent completely transforms my kitchen into a warm and richly fragrant area. The sweet scent in the caramel is perfect for the kitchen as it always has me reaching for a cookie!
The Bathroom
This is the one area in my home where I definitely am not afraid to have a strong scent. I would rather have a strong scent that masks any funky scents that escape the poo-pouri … I’m just sayin y’all, I like to keep my bathroom fragrant and this Dahlia scent (similar here) is probably my favorite DW Home scent. It’s rich. No – I actually really feel rich burning this scent in my home. It’s one that I continue to buy regardless of season.
